Isla Menorca Module
The Isla Menorca module by Sebastian Herkner for GANDIABLASCO measures 296 x 112 x 80 cm — the largest element of the Isla system, effectively a full sofa in one piece.
At 296 cm long and 112 cm deep, Menorca is the largest of Sebastian Herkner’s Isla modules — big enough to work as a complete sofa on its own, and the anchor when combined with the smaller Arosa and Gomera elements.
The depth is what distinguishes it. At 112 cm this is a piece designed to be lain on as much as sat in.
Seat and backrest use fast-drying foam rubber with polyester-filled cushions on a powder-coated aluminium frame, so the module recovers quickly after rain despite its scale.
