Arco Lounge Chair

The Arco lounge chair takes the two-seater’s 83 cm depth and gives it to one person. At 90 cm wide it is broad enough to sit sideways in, which is usually the real test of a lounge chair.

José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales designed the Arco collection to soften GANDIABLASCO’s rectilinear aluminium language into something that embraces the user. On the lounge chair that curve is at its most pronounced — the arms and back form a continuous arc around the seat.

The frame is powder-coated aluminium in the brand’s extensive colour range, with a powder-coated perforated sheet back. Seat and backrest are reusable polyurethane foam rubber and polyester fibre wrapped in water-repellent fabric, under removable technical upholstery made for outdoor use.

Paired with the Arco round coffee table Ø90 or the 120 rectangle, the lounge chair forms the core of a terrace setting that can grow into the full collection.
