Allaperto seat cushions by Ethimo are made in two sizes — one for the collection’s sofa, one for the lounge armchair — in outdoor-grade acrylic including Acrylic Espresso. Soft to the touch with high UV resistance for a long outdoor life.

The fabric is outdoor-grade acrylic, including Acrylic Espresso in the Mountain palette. Ethimo specify these for two properties in particular: a genuinely soft hand, which is unusual in outdoor upholstery, and high resistance to UV so the colour does not wash out over a season in strong sun.
The internal construction is quick-drying, so the cushions recover fast after rain and can stay on the furniture rather than being carried in and out.
Allaperto is Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez’s long-running collection for Ethimo, built on handcrafted rope weaves over teak. Keeping a spare set of seat cushions is the simplest way to extend the life of a setting that otherwise ages very slowly.
