Shipping Return Policy

At Niche Beverly, we’re dedicated to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers. Below is our updated information about order processing, shipping, returns, and more. For any queries, please feel free to contact us.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed after 4 p.m. WST will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM WST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Custom or Special Order Furniture:

  • Custom and special order items cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Change orders can only be accepted within 24-48 hours from order submittal.
  • Estimated lead time is 12-16 weeks, pending no delays Excluding holidays and closures (to be confirmed with the manufacturer). Lead time varies based on the final destination.
  • While Niche strives to deliver within the estimated lead time, delivery times are only estimations and delays may occur. Niche will not accept liability for inaccurate estimations.
  • Niche cannot take responsibility for any delays in production or delivery that happen as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on discounted special orders or custom-ordered merchandise.
  • All special orders are final. Returns for in-stock items will only be refunded within one day of purchase via check.
  • Exchanges for store credit will only be offered within five (5) business days of purchase.
  • All items must be in original packaging. No returns or exchanges are accepted after five (5) business days of purchase.

Floor Samples:

  • Floor sample merchandise may present imperfections and is sold in as-is condition.
  • All sales on floor samples are final and non-returnable.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Receiving your shipment or delivery at your provided address requires payment in full.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect all items upon arrival.
  • Once goods have left your original delivery address and/or after 48 hours of delivery, Niche will not accept responsibility for damages or claims.
  • For any inside delivery, you are responsible for ensuring that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination.

Damage Claims:

  • Shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
  • Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect purchases for damages within this time frame.
  • All claims must be submitted via email with detailed descriptions and images.

Storage:

  • Customers are subject to a $20.00 per day per item storage charge if unable to take receipt within 15 days of being notified of delivery. This must be paid prior to delivery.
