Ace Free-Standing Panel

Outdoor spaces frequently need dividing without being closed off, and the Ace free-standing panel is Patrick Norguet’s answer for Ethimo. At 140 cm wide and 108 cm high it screens at seated eye level while leaving sightlines open above.

The panel is perforated corrugated aluminium. The corrugation gives it rigidity without a heavy frame — the whole thing weighs 11 kg — and the perforation lets light and air through, so it filters a view rather than blocking it. The effect changes considerably depending on the angle you approach from.

Its 40 cm-deep foot means it stands on its own, no fixing required, and it can be repositioned as a layout changes. Four powder-coated finishes are offered: Aluminium Black Red, Aluminium Moss Green, Aluminium Warmwhite, and Aluminium Coffee Brown.

Combined with the Ace beam and seats, the panel turns a run of benching into semi-private zones — particularly useful in hospitality settings where the same terrace has to serve different groups at once.
