GBmodular Chaise Lounge
The GBmodular chaise lounge by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales for GANDIABLASCO measures 200 x 80 x 37 cm in etched anodized aluminium, smooth or ribbed, with polyurethane foam cushions.
GBmodular takes its cue from the modular architecture of traditional Ibizan houses, and the chaise lounge applies that logic to a sunlounger — a low rectangular volume, 200 x 80 cm and only 37 cm high.
The finish is the collection’s signature: etched anodized aluminium in a smooth or ribbed profile. Anodizing is harder-wearing than powder coating and the etched texture reduces fingerprint and water marking, which matters on a piece people get onto wet.
Seat and backrest cushions are polyurethane foam rubber under water-repellent fabric.
