Artemis does something unusual: it divides the top. One side is the decorative surface, with its veining and visual depth; the other is hammered bronze, warm and textured. They meet without ceremony, and the balance between them is the design.
The contrast is what carries the piece. Stone holds light evenly; hammered bronze breaks it up into shifting reflections, so the surface changes depending on where you stand and how the room is lit.
