Coquette Sideboard
The Coquette sideboard by Rugiano is clad entirely in leather with exposed stitching, its slim uprights finished in bronze.
Coquette is a leather piece first. The structure is fully clad, and the exposed stitching is left visible precisely because it is the evidence of how the piece was made.
The slim outer uprights are finished with bronze accents — a small quantity of metal doing a lot of work against a large expanse of hide.
The collection is modular, extending to a matching bookcase, so a wall can be composed rather than furnished piecemeal.
