Cord Chaise Lounge

A rope-woven sunlounger solves the problem every cushioned one has: it does not hold water. Step off a chaise after swimming and the Cord dries almost immediately, because polyester rope absorbs essentially nothing and air moves straight through the weave.

At 190 cm long it gives a full body’s length, and the woven bed flexes to the body in a way a foam mattress on a rigid frame does not.

The frame is satin AISI 316L stainless steel — the marine grade, specified by Groundwork Studio for real resistance to salt air and pool chemistry. The satin finish keeps it from throwing glare in direct sun.

Placed alongside the Cord lounge chair and dining set, the chaise completes a poolside scheme built from just two materials.
