Swing Corner Module
The Swing corner module by Patrick Norguet for Ethimo turns a straight sofa run through 90 degrees. FSC-certified natural or pickled teak with a metal frame in Sepia Black or Warmwhite, and Acrylic Nature Grey cushions.
Every modular system stands or falls on its corner. The Swing corner module handles the 90-degree turn without the awkward wedge of cushion that makes so many sectionals uncomfortable at the angle — the seat carries through cleanly and the corner remains a usable place to sit.
Patrick Norguet built the Swing system for Ethimo on FSC-certified teak and slim powder-coated metal. Teak is offered natural or pickled; the metal frame comes in Sepia Black or Warmwhite. Cushions are outdoor-grade Acrylic Nature Grey.
The module connects to the Swing central module, XL central module, back end module and daybed, so an L-shaped or U-shaped composition can be built to a specific terrace rather than bought as a fixed sofa.
Because the frame is visually light — thin metal legs, teak above — even a large multi-module arrangement keeps a sense of openness that a solid upholstered sectional would lose.
