Patio Oval Dining Table

An oval is the most sociable table shape — no corners to sit at, everyone slightly turned toward everyone else. At 240 x 120 cm the Patio oval dining table seats eight without crowding, and its 72 cm height works with the collection’s dining armchair.

Zanellato/Bortotto gave the table the same nautical rope treatment as the rest of Ethimo’s Patio collection, wrapping the base in flat outdoor rope in Light Grey or Laguna. Against that banded, tactile base the top provides the contrast.

Three tops are offered. Cipollino marble brings soft green-grey veining that reads as almost geological up close. Glossy Travertino is warmer and more uniform, with the characteristic porous character of the stone. Natural teak is the quietest of the three and keeps the table in the same warm tone as the seating.

Surrounded by Patio dining armchairs, with their woven rope backs echoing the base, the table anchors an outdoor dining room that feels considered rather than assembled.
