Patio Dining Armchair

Outdoor dining chairs usually fail in one of two directions — too heavy to move, or too slight to sit in comfortably. The Patio dining armchair by Zanellato/Bortotto for Ethimo avoids both. At 63 cm wide, 59 cm deep and 73 cm high it is compact enough to tuck under a table and light enough to reposition, while the woven rope back gives it the enveloping quality that defines the whole collection.

The frame is FSC-certified natural teak. The rope is woven by hand across the back and arms in one of two schemes: Light Grey on Light Grey, or Laguna on Light Grey, the latter adding a soft blue-green that shifts with the light through the day.

Seat cushions are offered in outdoor Polypropylene White, Polypropylene Deep Green, or Acrylic Nature White — all quick-drying and made to stay outside.

The chair was designed alongside the Patio oval dining table (240 x 120 cm) and round dining table (Ø140 cm), both with marble or teak tops, so a full dining setting can be composed within one material story.
