Lodge Pouf

The Lodge pouf is the collection’s most flexible piece. Two footprints — 100 x 100 cm and 150 x 100 cm — are each offered at two heights, 18 cm and 43 cm, which turns one object into several: a low platform beside the sofa, a footrest, an occasional seat, or a soft surface that reads almost as an extension of the daybed.

Christophe Pillet kept the construction identical to the rest of his Lodge collection for Ethimo. An FSC-certified glossy powder-coated metal frame in Metal Glossy Kaki, Metal Glossy Radice, Metal Glossy Sesamo, or Metal Glossy Black Red carries a deep cushion upholstered in outdoor-grade acrylic or Trevira.

The fabrics follow the collection’s canvas-inspired palette with their characteristic denim-style stitching: Acrylic Nature White, Acrylic Nature Grey, Acrylic Moss, Acrylic Walnut, Trevira Dark Taupe, and Trevira Brown.

At the larger size and lower height the pouf pushes up against the Lodge sofa to form a deep chaise; at 43 cm it simply becomes more seating, which is often what an outdoor room actually needs.
